Jason Kap Kirwok (Kap) is an aspiring writer, poet, strategist and currently works for Trademark East Africa as a Senior Strategy Advisor and sits in the Board of Kenya Airways. He has also been a columnist for The Sunday Standard and The Star Newspaper
Kap Kirwok has received several awards and honours including the Jonathan Orr Award for Excellence in Research and Writing and a first prize award for an essay contest on multiculturalism; open to all colleges in the USA. Recently (2013), he was the recipient of the first prize for the Jomo Kenyatta Prize for Literature for his book I Blame the Sky.
Born in Mt. Elgon Sub-County in Kenya, Kap has lived and worked in Kenya, USA, The Netherlands, The Philippines, Zambia and Tanzania.
He is intrigued by the amazing growing power of human consciousness in a mysterious universe.
