Jason Kap Kirwok (Kap) is an aspiring writer, poet, strategist and currently works for Trademark East Africa as a Senior Strategy Advisor and sits in the Board of Kenya Airways where he chairs the Strategy Committee. He writes regular opinion articles for The Sunday Standard and The Star Newspaper
Kap Kirwok has received several awards and honours including the Jonathan G. Orr Award for Excellence in Research and Writing and a first prize award for an essay contest on multiculturalism; open to colleges in the USA. He was awarded the 2013 Jomo Kenyatta Prize for Literature for his book 'I Blame the Sky'.
Born in Mt. Elgon Sub-County in Kenya, Kap has lived and worked in Kenya, USA, The Netherlands, The Philippines, Zambia and Tanzania.
He is intrigued by the amazing growing power of human consciousness in a mysterious universe.
