On Uhuru’s LEGACY, is it the BIG FOUR Agenda (manufacturing, affordable housing, healthcare and food security) or the BIG TWO agenda (a determined crackdown on CORRUPTION, and earnest implementation of the TRUTH, JUSTICE & RECONCILIATION commission report)? It seems to me the latter is what could guarantee the former and have transformative impact on the country. The importance of tackling Agenda IV of the 2008 post-election accord cannot be gainsaid.
